Terms of Use

Short and plain. What you can do with the Agent, what we ask of you, and how either side can end the arrangement.

1. Acceptance

By connecting your LinkedIn account to the PRS LinkedIn AI Agent ("the Agent"), or by submitting a trial access request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not connect your account or submit a request.

2. The Agent

The Agent is operated by Predictable Revenue Systems, a Gemma Serenity & Sascha Gorokhoff Enterprise. The Agent is currently provided to a limited group of operators under invitation. See the Privacy Policy for what it collects, how it uses data, and your rights.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Agent only to:

• Identify and engage business prospects you have a legitimate commercial relationship with or a reasonable interest in approaching.
• Draft and send outreach that is honest, accurate, and represents your own business in good faith.
• Operate within all third-party platform terms, including LinkedIn's User Agreement, the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, and applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the Agent to:

• Send misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or harassing content.
• Target individuals based on protected characteristics in a discriminatory way.
• Circumvent LinkedIn's platform restrictions or any applicable rate limits.
• Resell or expose the Agent to third parties without our written agreement.
• Attempt to extract OAuth tokens, decrypted secrets, or other users' data from the system.

5. Outreach and consent

Any outreach you send using the Agent is sent from you, on your behalf. You are the sender of record for compliance purposes. The Agent includes one-click unsubscribe in every outreach email and you agree to honor every unsubscribe immediately and permanently.

6. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we detect or reasonably suspect violation of these terms, abuse of the service, or a risk to the platform's overall sender reputation. Hard email bounces and inbound complaints automatically pause affected channels via our circuit breaker — you will receive an alert when this happens.

7. No warranty

The Agent is provided "as is". We make no warranty that signals will match your ICP, that drafted messages will yield replies, that LinkedIn or any third party will continue to expose the APIs the Agent depends on, or that the service will be uninterrupted. The Agent is currently in limited release; expect rough edges.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Predictable Revenue Systems, its operators, and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Agent.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the Agent after a material change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Predictable Revenue Systems is principally operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved by good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
